Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Each of our heavyweight t-shirts is crafted on-demand. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Processing time refers to preparing, cutting, sewing and printing your order, not transit time.

2. Shipping Methods
We offer standard USA and international shipping options to fit your needs. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after you receive your automated shipment email. You can insert your tracking number into our order tracking page using the link below.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. All charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times for international orders vary by location. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances can occur. Legends Heavyweight Tees is not responsible for delays caused by external factors but will do our best to assist if issues arise.

7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Legends is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Orders@Legends.LA with your order number.

8. Changes to Orders
Once your order is placed, it begins processing within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders or shipping addresses after this time frame.
